Recently, the Global Value Investment Association (GVIA) and Jing Donghui (Beijing Board of Directors Club) officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. The two parties completed the signing on September 12, formally establishing an in-depth cross-regional strategic partnership. Based on the respective resource endowments of Beijing and Hong Kong, the two sides will work together to open up channels for the interconnection of Beijing and Hong Kong capital markets, and jointly empower the high-quality development of listed companies.
About the Cooperating Parties
The Global Value Investment Association (GVIA) operates under a dual-entity structure of Global Value Investment Association Limited and Hong Kong Value Investment Institute. It has deep expertise in value investment research, industrial empowerment, and high-end summit organization, runs the Enterprise Value Enhancement & Empowerment Center, and boasts a mature international capital platform and overseas institutional resources.
Jing Donghui, based in Beijing and serving a wide range of domestic listed companies, brings together high-quality resources from listed companies, financial institutions and local platforms, and has accumulated profound practical experience in listed company services and industrial resource matching.
According to the agreement, GVIA (Party A) shall serve as Jing Donghui’s key strategic partner in the Hong Kong region; Jing Donghui (Party B) shall become GVIA’s key strategic partner in the Beijing region. The two parties shall serve as each other’s core cross-regional cooperation partners, leveraging Hong Kong’s internationalization advantages and the mainland’s industrial resource advantages to achieve complementary strengths and mutual benefit.
This strategic cooperation framework agreement lays the foundation for subsequent business between the two parties. Specific project implementation shall be subject to special agreements, with cooperation focusing on the following areas:
Co-Building the Enterprise Value Enhancement & Empowerment Center (Beijing Region)
The Enterprise Value Enhancement & Empowerment Center is a business segment under GVIA, led and managed by GVIA, with Jing Donghui participating in operations as a key co-builder. Leveraging Jing Donghui’s resources of mainland listed companies, it will carry out enterprise invitation, event implementation, market promotion and other work, targeting mainland listed companies to help them tap into and enhance their corporate value.
Co-Hosting a Series of Exchange Events Under Dual Brands
The two parties will jointly organize diverse exchange events such as salons, corporate visits and closed-door seminars, building a dialogue platform for listed companies, investment institutions and industrial players to promote information exchange and resource matching. All external event plans and promotional materials shall be jointly confirmed by both parties before release.
Jointly Building Large-Scale Value Investment Themed Summits
The two parties may co-host large-scale value investment summits for listed companies. GVIA will contribute its value investment expert think tank and resources of Hong Kong and overseas institutions; Jing Donghui will be responsible for organizing mainland listed companies and financial institutions and executing on-site logistics, to build an industry gala featuring Beijing-Hong Kong linkage.
Two-Way Opening of Resource Channels to Advance Industrial Project Synergy
The two parties will open up cooperation leads to each other and share resources of listed companies, investment institutions, industrial projects and intermediaries. For projects requiring joint implementation, special agreements shall be signed separately to clarify rights and obligations. Both parties are only responsible for resource referral and make no commitments or guarantees regarding project transactions or investment returns.
Establishing a Regular Cooperation Mechanism
The two parties will appoint dedicated liaison officers and establish regular communication channels. Quarterly online or offline work meetings will be held to review cooperation progress and plan follow-up work. For important matters such as summits and key projects, ad-hoc working groups can be formed to efficiently promote project implementation.
This framework agreement is valid for three years. It serves only as a letter of intent for strategic cooperation and does not constitute any investment advice, financing guarantee or return commitment. Specific business execution shall be subject to subsequently signed special agreements. Both parties shall strictly abide by brand usage specifications and commercial confidentiality obligations, and uphold compliance bottom lines.
Beijing and Hong Kong join hands, and value goes together. Going forward, GVIA will partner with Jing Donghui to continuously promote the flow of factors across Beijing and Hong Kong capital markets, serve the industrial upgrading of listed companies, and co-build a Beijing-Hong Kong linked value investment service ecosystem.
